You’ll get the cleanest, longest, and safest burn from your candle with a few simple steps:
- Always trim the wick before lighting to 1/8”–1/4”
- Burn until the melted wax reaches edge to edge, or very nearly, to reduce tunneling
- Burn only up to 4 hours at a time
- Always keep a burning candle in sight, away from flammable materials, out of drafts, out of reach of pets and children, and on a heat-safe surface
- Keep out of direct sunlight

I have so many Corda candle favorites, it's hard to pick. So, if you do what I do, you stock up and whatever mood or prayer need you have, you get that candle to light. The Lenten set is a great blend. Momento Mori is burned while I prayer for the Souls in Purgatory; Fire and Cloud gets lit when I do my morning Scripture reading and meditation time; Fount of Mercy (the first Corda candle I was gifted) I'm waiting for Divine Mercy Sunday to burn.

I really am enjoying my Lenten tea candles. The smell are absolutely beautiful and I especially love the names of the candles. The shippind and receiving of my order was very quick too. I will definitely be buying more candle's in the future.

This Lenten set is lovely and the scents perfect for a penitential season. Beautifully arranged in my home altar space. Highly recommend Corda.
