Beautiful and functional, CORDA's wick trimmers are an essential candle accessory to keep your candles burning bright. 
Before each lighting, use your wick trimmer to clip the wick to 1/4" high. This controls the candle flame size and ensures you receive the longest, cleanest, and safest burn every time.
The special scissor tip trims and catches the used wick, and it is angled perfectly to reach into your jar no matter how far it has burned down.
Elegantly designed and featuring a subtle CORDA stamp on the handle, these are wick trimmers you'll actually want to leave out next to your candle.

Each candle is handcrafted with CORDA's proprietary coconut wax blend, custom phthalate-free fragrances blended in-house, and a cotton and paper wick primed with all-natural wax. Learn more about the ingredients here.

You’ll get the cleanest, longest, and safest burn from your candle with a few simple steps:

  • Always trim the wick before lighting to 1/8”–1/4”
  • Burn until the melted wax reaches edge to edge, or very nearly, to reduce tunneling
  • Burn only up to 4 hours at a time
  • Always keep a burning candle in sight, away from flammable materials, out of drafts, out of reach of pets and children, and on a heat-safe surface
  • Keep out of direct sunlight

Great little tool

The wick trimmer is attractive and works perfectly. It’s a nice addition to a gift or even if you would like one for your own home. If you regularly use CORDA candles I would recommend the wick trimmer.

Very lovely wick trimmer

I received the really lovely wick trimmer from Cordova. It works really well. It’s easy to handle and does a great job on my candle wick. It feels to me that everything they make is done with such love and great care. I’m new to using candles but their candles are all beautiful and their wick trimmer does such a great job. Great tool

This wick trimmer is the tool I never thought I needed, but now that I have it I’m not sure why I didn’t get one sooner! It trims the wick to the perfect height and there is no more mess trying to break it off before lighting the candle. It’s well made and easy to use. Love it!
