You’ll get the cleanest, longest, and safest burn from your candle with a few simple steps:
- Always trim the wick before lighting to 1/8”–1/4”
- Burn until the melted wax reaches edge to edge, or very nearly, to reduce tunneling
- Burn only up to 4 hours at a time
- Always keep a burning candle in sight, away from flammable materials, out of drafts, out of reach of pets and children, and on a heat-safe surface
- Keep out of direct sunlight
I look forward to watching my spouse and Mother inlaw open their Corda candles on Christmas morning. I purchased Padre Pio and the Carmalite set. My Minlaw is a 3rd order Carmalite. She will love them!!!
I purchased this set as part of a school fundraiser. The candles arrived promptly and are the same high quality I've come to expect from corda. I'm grateful for their generosity to our small Catholic school.
I love all Corda candles! My daughter, who is now a junior professed sister with the Franciscan Sisters of the Martyr St. George, introduced me to Corda candles a few years back. When I saw that this set was a part of the Corda collection, I had to purchase for her (and a set for myself). I will imagine her praying at the same time I’m praying while enjoying the subtle scent of these lovely candles.
I ordered these as gifts for a few family members who are Third Order Franciscans. Based on the other Corda candles we have received and given as gifts, I have a feeling they will be a cherished! These candles are so beautiful both in design and scent- they definitely help lift hearts to God!
