In the poetic imagery of the Song, pomegranate refers to the bride, apple to the groom, and cedar to both.

Very pleasant. Enjoy slight sweetness. My only complaint, ordered 3 seconds, it appeared all 5 candles were seconds. Assuming gauge is if glass is full at bottom..like to support small christian companys.

I am a big fan of CORDA candles. I have tried many of the scents. I like to keep one in my sunroom/prayer space. They burn efficiently and all leave a beautiful scent that is over cloying.

I'm not fond of super sweet scents, so I chose the Sweeter Than Wine candle because the combination of Cedar, Pomegranate and Apple sounded like it would be a good balance of smells. I haven't burned it yet, but when I opened it, I could tell it will become a favorite -- the sweetness is subtle, and it is a fresh scent to dissipate the gloominess of being cooped up this winter.
