Drinking with the Saints author Dr. Michael Foley will be talking with us about two very special saints, Margaret of Antioch and Joan of Arc, and teaching us how to create two amazing cocktails connected to them.
Here's the list of things to have on hand so we can make the drinks together:
Peach Bellini (for St. Margaret of Antioch)
- chopped white peach or peach puree
- 4 raspberries
- 3.5 oz Prosecco (or sparkling cider for a non-alcoholic version)
- blender or muddler
- champagne flute
Maiden's Blush (for St. Joan of Arc)
- 2 oz. gin (Bombay Sapphire is Anna's favorite brand)
- 1/2 tsp. triple sec
- 1/2 tsp. grenadine
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- cocktail shaker
