These uplifting scents of mountain air and pipe tobacco are inspired by Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati.
This “man of the beatitudes” is loved for his example of true masculinity. An avid climber, Pier Giorgio was famously photographed smoking a pipe atop a mountain peak. He found God by striving “verso l’alto,” or “to the heights,” as well as “on the ground” in friendship, political action, and care for the poor even in his last days.
Bl. Pier Giorgio’s feast day is July 4.

US Shipping: For orders to the contiguous states, free shipping is automatic on orders of $75 or more, and other orders ship for just $7. Shipping for orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and tracking information is provided.
International Shipping: Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via Fedex International Ground and shipping is calculated at checkout. For other international destinations, please send me your shipping address and order, and I'll send a shipping quote back. Each candle is handcrafted with CORDA's proprietary coconut wax blend, custom phthalate-free fragrances blended in-house, and a cotton and paper wick primed with all-natural wax. Learn more about the ingredients here.
You’ll get the cleanest, longest, and safest burn from your candle with a few simple steps:
- Always trim the wick before lighting to 1/8”–1/4”
- Burn until the melted wax reaches edge to edge, or very nearly, to reduce tunneling
- Burn only up to 4 hours at a time
- Always keep a burning candle in sight, away from flammable materials, out of drafts, out of reach of pets and children, and on a heat-safe surface
- Keep out of direct sunlight
