These refreshing scents of rain soaked leaves and rose blossoms are inspired by St. Thérèse of Lisieux.
Notes of lush foliage, tonka bean, rose, petrichor, and soft spices.
Behind the Inspiration
Countless have prayed to the Carmelite St. Thérèse, popularly known as the "Little Flower," because of her famous promise: "After my death, I will let fall a shower of roses. I will spend my heaven doing good upon earth. I will raise up a mighty host of little saints."
The scents of her candle are a creative interpretation of this promise, with fragrances of rain soaked leaves nuanced with rose blossoms.
St. Thérèse is the patron saint of the missions, missionaries, aviators, florists, and priests. Her feast day is October 1.

Each candle is handcrafted with CORDA's proprietary coconut wax blend, custom phthalate-free fragrances blended in-house, and a cotton and paper wick primed with all-natural wax. Learn more about the ingredients here.
You’ll get the cleanest, longest, and safest burn from your candle with a few simple steps:
- Always trim the wick before lighting to 1/8”–1/4”
- Burn until the melted wax reaches edge to edge, or very nearly, to reduce tunneling
- Burn only up to 4 hours at a time
- Always keep a burning candle in sight, away from flammable materials, out of drafts, out of reach of pets and children, and on a heat-safe surface
- Keep out of direct sunlight

Di I was a bit concerned at first that the rose petal would be too strong but I was wrong, This is a nice balanced fragrant candle. It’s a nice soft fragrance and not overpowering. So glad I decided to try it!
